Most of our pieces are custom made, so please account for the time to make your special piece and then ship it to you. Please list any special requests in our notes section.

If you are unhappy with what you receive, you may exchange it, within 30 days of receipt, in the condition sent with the exception of custom made pieces. All pieces must be accompanied by the Silver Arrow sales receipt. Please contact us for return instructions.
